Terms

Established accounts are net 30 days from date of shipment. All past due accounts will be charged 18% interest until paid in full, plus collection costs.

Prices quoted are F.O.B. Delivery charges are quoted per order and due upon delivery. All shipments travel at risk and expense of purchaser. Customer is responsible for unloading plants upon arrival.

Tagging/ Reserving of Trees will require a 40% deposit and maximum hold time of 1 year. Orders will be void should injury befall our stock from hail, flood, frost, drought, fire, or other causes beyond our control.

Summer digging can be done and may incur a 20% additional charge. Customers will be notified should this be the case and agree upon prior to digging.

We can not guarantee the livability or merchantability of any tree. The only guarantee is that the tree is true to name. All claims must be made immediately and in no case will our liability exceed the price of tree.
